3yr Old Boy Mistakenly Shoots Mother to Death

A 26-year-old Tusla, OK woman was shot and killed by her 3-year-old toddler, the AJC.com reports. Tulsa police say the tragic accident occurred while the unidentified mother was changing her toddler’s diaper.

Acccording to AJC specialists who talked with the child confirmed the 3-year-old pulled the trigger.

“I just can’t imagine in today’s society that there would be a gun a loaded gun where a toddler could get it,” Bennett said.

Tulsa police said the woman’s husband is a truck driver and was out of the state when the accident happened.

Officers have not released the identity of the woman killed.
